Kom fram till mej och ville ha lite tips. Jag gav bruden en 15kg viktskiva och den höll hon knappt på orka.&lt;br /&gt;Visade hur man körde marklyft. Satsade på en 4a på 192, klarade det men precis när jag skulle lyfta tillbaka så släppte ena dragremmen och jag kantrade. Inte så farligt men det fastnade på film. Min gps är inte pålitlig då den visar olika på samma sträcka! &lt;br /&gt;Det blev några promenadsträckor oxå när mjölksyra och träningsvärk kändes gjorde sig påmind. Men när jag joggade iväg med gps så insåg jag att det var längre. Var sugen på att springa men det är verkligen inte motiverande att jogga i regn.&lt;br /&gt;Cyklade till gymmet och satsade på löpbandet. Körde intervaller, 6-10 grader på 12km/h . Sedan 60,40,30,40,10 på 6 och sedan 8. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Grymt svettigt och kämpigt men ger mycket. Trampade lite snett och fick ont i fotleden nån timme efter jag kommit hem. Inga problem att inte få vila tillräckligt mellan momenten.&lt;br /&gt;Slutade på en 4e plats med 123 poäng. Helt ok, och nära mitt mål. Siktade på topp 5 och 125.&lt;br /&gt;Det som störde mej var en bänkpress som var stekhet, solen rätt i ögonen, stång som var extra grov och markeringar som inte stämnde.&lt;br /&gt;Biceps och böj var helt ok. Chinsen var väldigt smal stång istället. Dipsen var en sån ställning som jag vill ha på gymmet, men som är sällsynt. När det inte stämmer så blir det inte samma teknik och inte lika bra resultat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Det jag observerade var att många körde extremt snabbt i chins o dips. Jag fick beröm för striktaste dipsen denna dag. Målet var 160 reps på ågot lägre vikt än vad jag ska köra på i tävling.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Såhär gick det:&lt;br /&gt;Bänk: 25 * 70kg&lt;br /&gt;Bics: 23 * 36kg&lt;br /&gt;Böj: 21 * 104kg&lt;br /&gt;Chins: 20 * kv&lt;br /&gt;Dips: 30 * kv&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Totalt 119. Helt ok med tanke på att jag körde rätt uttömmande i mån tis. Sedan körde jag aldrig till failure, det spar jag till på lördag. Simning innan jobbet. 45 min på Vallhalla. Puffen och hans vän körde 2000 meter i högre fart då de är flitiga simmare och jag är en rookie.&lt;br /&gt;Jag räknade inte så noga, men körde iaf 4 längder innan vila i ca 30 sek. Borde ha kommit över 1000m i alla fall. Men det var nog allt.&lt;br /&gt;Vikter mellan 5 och 20 finns i mängder, men typ 4st 2kilos och 2 1,25kilos, så det är en bristvara. Vilket gör att det blir meckigt värre att ändra vikt mellan seten. För stora hopp enligt mej.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;De har hantlar från 5 till 100kg, men just 40 som jag skulle köra, fanns det bara en av. Den andra var puts väck och ingen visste var den andra var.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;På bänkpressen, den enda som finns satt en glam-rockare som körde korta set men med 5 minuters vila mellan. Han verkade vara ett pucko så jag brydde mej inte ens om att be om att köra emellan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stången jag körde biceps med var krokig. Vred sig i händerna så det blev bara konstigt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I duschen fanns ingenstans att lägga nycklar eller handduk. Korkat på ett gym som funnits så länge.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Så idag blev det ett halvdant pass. Det känns som att det har gått lite för fort och vill inte tappa mer just nu. Jag får nog skippa keto-dagarna och hålla näst intill samma kost på träningsdagar som vilodar. Ligger på underskott hela tiden ändå ju.&lt;br /&gt;Att äta lite och träna hårt är inga problem. Sedan blir det backträning i skogen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Körde idag bröst, ben o tric. Kändes tyngre än väntat. Träningsväskan var kvar och jag funderade på att skita i att träna efter jobbet. Käka hemma och sedan träna med andra kläder.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fick leva på bananer o croissant från receptionen. Inte bra. Men kl 16 fick vi återgå och då blev det fil m m. Tajmade bra och tränade kl 17.&lt;br /&gt;Ben o vader, tungt! Ont i höger knä. Det har ömmat lite senaste tiden. Hoppas det är ok på torsdag för då blire marklyft. För mycket folk och irritation för att tiden rann iväg.&lt;br /&gt;Funderade på att träna på lunchen men då jag har sovmorgon så funkar det med morgonpass.&lt;br /&gt;Men valet mellan att köra elaka marklyft eller att sova en timme extra i en bekväm säng är lite svårt.&lt;br /&gt;Vi hade ingen mat hemma så jag laddade med ägg, bananer, nötter och vipX samt en swebar.&lt;br /&gt;Passet gick helt ok. Lyckades med nöd och näppe och inga extra reps. Förutom promenader och bad så var det inte mycket träning. Joggade lite och körde ghetto-workout i en lekpark. &lt;br /&gt;Maten har varit bra nästan överallt och jag har inte frossat i godsaker som jag gjorde i USA. SÅ nu är det åter till gymmet och någon typ av vårsatsning.&lt;br /&gt;Köpte en sydafrikansk byggartidning som hade en hel del bra artiklar.
